Product Description:
1.The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door's six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.
2. Only two ordinary workers can finish the whole process. The capacity is 160-190 doors per day(8 hours).
3. Touching type computer digital operation machine or automatic detection machine are provided. Both of them are easy to learn. Controlling the spray gun's moving route through the computer to imitate painting, which ensures smooth painted surface and reaches the corners being painted.
4. The machine is easy to operated and not rely on painting technique. It shortens the production cycle, reduces paint cost and labor cost.

3. Under normal use, the warranty of the whole machine is one year (the spray guns and diaphragm pump have no warranty). Installment and test are provided. Training services are offered to the operators overseas.
4. Buyer will be responsible about round-trip ticket, travel expenses, food and accommodation for our engineers during the installing time.
