Product Introduction:

3. Spray gun movement route is under computer precise control, to ensure uniform spray and paint saving;
4. Simplified clamps are provided, needing no change of current working procedure, being convenient and practical;
5. Operators and spray guns are isolated, to effectively guarantee operators' health;
6. 2 spray guns are provided in general, while 4 spray guns can be installed at the most.
7.Control the system
Through continuous research, our company has developed a new generation control system, in which an new autom atic programming system has been added on basis of the old system(namely point-to-point programming system). For new system, when you input length and width of products into the computer, the paint spraying machine will perform paint spraying according to preset technology. It is also possible to change the size of products without shutting down so as to achieve the effect of rapid production and paint saving.
8.Air Purifying System

9.Cleaning System
