Paper Dusting MachineRemoving powder from paper surface before laminating/coating process
CF-1000/1200 Powder Cleaner is used to clear powder and dust on printed paper surface. By this machine, the powder and dust on printed paper can be cleared not less than 70%. It improves so much to laminating and coating quality. This machine adopts frequency converter for infinitely variable speed, and has the features of compact structure and easy operation. Thick and thin paper sheets are all workable.
Configurations and Working Principle
1. This machine is composed of paper feeding table, dusting unit, paper receiving table, gear motor, air pump and electrical control system.
2. For the removal of powder and dust, it has procedures. First, two brushing rollers brush the powder and dust on paper surface, and then air pump will exhaust the powder and dust outside. Secondly, the heating roller sticks or presses the rest powder or dust. Two procedures clear powder and dust effectively.
