Applications:
Used for leather embossing. Under a certain temperature and pressure, the machine laminates film which has designs on its surface on leather surface. And then film can be torn away, and the designs are laminated on leather surface firmly.
Features:
YDFM-1750 leather embossing machine is well designed and manufactured upon the needs of leather processing market for the embossing of leather surface. The max width for embossing reaches 1600mm. It is equipped with manual oil pump to provide big and stable pressure, and big power of quartz heating tubes for quick temperature rise and high-accuracy of temperature control. The conveyer belt can adopt woolen blanket, silicon belt, common rubber belt upon requests. The machine is an excellent choice with high cost performance for leather embossing and lamination.

1,Manual feeding table.
2,Conveyer belt can be woolen blanket, silicon belt or common belt upon requests. Conveying speed is adjustable. The max value 20m/min.
3,Heating method: electric tube heater with quick temperature rise and excellent performance to temperature control.
4,Pressuring method: Manual hydraulic system provides big pressure for embossing, and pressure is adjustable upon applications.
5,Film release spindle and film winding spindle are equipped. And release speed and winding speed are adjustable upon requests.
