It is the machine with the multi-function of foil stamping, die cutting and stripping.
Features:

1.  The foil stamping and stripping function can be transformed in 15 minutes. 

     The new control system combined with comprehensive background automatic calculation function, fully graphical interface setting and auto navigation operation make the setting operation easier and more international.

2. Modularized stamping unit is compact and easy operated which is suitable for normal stamping, holography lettering stamping and mixed stamping process. It can deliver up to 8pcs hot stamping foil independently( lengthwise6 & widthwise 2).

     It is the machine with tri-function of foil stamping, die cutting and stripping.

     There are lengthwise and widthwise two ways for foil feeding.     

3.   The new Transcend 09 foil stamping control system adopts the combination of high energy and high speed motion control card which is based on PCI bus and powerful CPU processing ability. It has the features of open and good compatibility.

      Real-time operation system is optional for the scheduling and processing of multiple tasks.

      The stable Mabeg feeder is equipped.

4. The external guide rail makes the feeding and delivering of stamping units more convenient to achieve the transformation of stamping and stripping.

5. The adjustable underlay board can be minute adjusted in lengthwise and widthwise to align the tolerance of typesetting.

6. Foil guiding mechanism and drawer-style foil carrier can place the hot stamping foil conveniently which reduces the preparation time effectively.

7. High precise detached integrated temperature control system with friendly man-machine interactive interface is adopted, it is controlled by 12 zones of superpower electric thermal plates and it has the functions of timely heating by week,  temperature minute-adjustment of each zone and automatic stop for thermal insulation.

8. Special designed pressure control system with high precise servo system can help achieve high precise positioning.

9. The new Transcend 09 stamping control system adopts the new AIO design concept to integrate all the control functions of foil stamping machine. Every axis can achieve different function by choosing different stamping way, such as normal foil stamping, avoid tipping foil stamping and holography lettering stamping randomly and independently.

10. Foil feeding automatic calculation function is based on the Transcend 09, which is suitable for the calculation of all kinds of foil stamping. It can achieve the high precise calculation of foil utilization. Manual key-in function and foil feeding simulation function are also set so that the foil feeding effect can be intuitively shown in the form of automation.

11. Powerful work log management function can effectively record and manage the parameters of axis choosing, step distance, steps, temperature and pressure value of different working mode for various in-process products. 

12. The new electrical holographic detector with more powerful detecting ability can provide programmable tips to the holographic searching error warning. It is for your option.  

13. The adjustable inflatable stripping mechanism is optional. It is designed for light paper stamping. Each inflatable mouth can be independently turned on and off to regulate the blowing rate.

Hot stamping foil delivering equipment is optional for the foil recycling after stamping.
