Hamburger box machine (Macdonald)
Applications:
This machine is used to produce the erected carton box such as the Hamburg boxes and other carton and micro flute corrugated trays, which are widely used by Mcdonal, KFC and other fast food brands.
Working principal:
Blank feeding unit feed the blanks to conveying chains. The chains will bring them to forming mould. In this section, the blanks will be applied water glue or hot melt glue. The gluing points and amount can be adjusted as you want. The gluing amount can be adjusted without machine stop. The glued blanks will be pressed by the forming mould. Then the formed erected box will be conveyed to box collecting section, where auto piling and counting will be finished. The auto counter actions according to your set value
