Mobile Storage Rack System is a super high-density storage system with near total utilization of storage facility floor space. The system is comprised of 100% selective pallet racks mounted on mobile bases that travel on tracks laid into the floor. Racks move on the tracks, allowing an access aisle to be formed at the appropriate rack.

You might concern:
1.Does Jracking have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.
2.What is Jracking’s lead time?
For the order quantity fitting one 20ft. container is about 15 days. Lead time of highly-customized products should rely on the actual production.
3.What trade and payment term does Jracking offer?
EXW, FOB and CIF are the most commonly used trade terms in Jracking, and we offer T/T, L/C, D/P payment terms.
4.How does Jracking charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?
For the production of necessary tooling requirement, Jracking charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.
5.What warranty does Jracking offer?
For break or damage of goods caused by non-human or incorrect installation factors (except for force majeure), namely, by natural reasons which concluded as quality failure within 1 year after delivery, Jracking offers free replacement service.
6.What information do I need to provide before sending my request for quote?
- Dimension (height, length, width) and weight of well-packed/palletized goods, or the size and load capacity of racking (system);
- Dimension (height, length, width) of warehouse/storage area for system designing, or the original construction drawing if you have;
- Proposed width of aisle or accessing automobile (such as forklift);
- Proposed number and heights of floors for mezzanine rack and steel platform.
PS: Height is very important for designing, which sometimes Jracking’s clients would forget to provide this specification. The more exact information you can provide the easier and more accurate for engineers to calculate and design, thus the final solution would be more suitable for your situation.
