The details of the products can help us work out the price ASAP, such as:

2) When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?
Normally the quotation will be sent to you within 24 hours if the details of the products are clear enough. If
urgently, you can call us.
3) Could you send me some samples?
a. Free samples offer to you for your reference, but freight collect.
b. Customized samples cost will be confirmed.
4) How long can I get the samples?
Usually the sample time is 3-5 days.
5) What’s your MOQ?
The MOQ is 1000pcs for most of our products. Small quantity trial order for most of our products is welcomed at the
beginning.
6) What’s your delivery time?
We will make the delivery 30-45 days but normally in 10-15 days.
7) How to solve the problem if we receive the default products?
We only handle with good quality products and we seldom receive complaints from our customer. We will beresponsible if it was our fault.
