2) When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?
Normally the quotation will be sent to you within 24 hours if the details of the products are clear enough. If

3) Could you send me some samples?
a. Free samples offer to you for your reference, but freight collect.
b. Customized samples cost will be confirmed.
4) How long can I get the samples?
Usually the sample time is 3-5 days.
5) If we do not find the products we want on your website? Can you do my own designs of the products?
Yes, of course, we can do for you if you provide the design and we can provide you the artwork pictures within 24 hours.
6) What's your MOQ?
The MOQ is 500pcs for most of our products. Small quantity trial order for most of our products is welcomed at the beginning.
7) What's your delivery time?
We will make the delivery ASAP but normally in 10-15 days.
8) How to solve the problem if we receive the default products?
