Product Features:
1. Highly efficient one step gear transmission drive ensures maximum utilization ratio of energy.
2. Full stainless steel feeder; Variable-pitch anti-arch structure; Imported frequency converter control.
3. LL stainless steel conditioner extends the conditioning and cooking time. Axial steam spraying port, improving feed cooking efficiency. ( Optional )
4. High precision driving main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching and hard tooth surface grinding technology, resulting in smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
5. Bearing and oil seals of main driving system are well-know high quality bearing and oil seal such s SKF and etc...And a lubrication oil-return system is especially available for reliable lubrication of bearings.
6. 3-pc quick removing type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick remove of die.
7. Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with two-cutting knife assembly, resulting in high anti-corrosion ability and long service life.
8. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new-type S-shape spring coupling for more convenient and quick disassembling of the unit.
9. Die and Roller have long service life.
