Water Flow Indicator for Fire Fighting System

General Information

ZSJZ series water flow indicator can be used in automatic water spraying system, which can be installed on the main water supply pipe or branch pipe, giving out electric signal for water flow to certain area. The electric signal can be sent to the electric cabinet, and can also be used to start up the control switch of the fire water pump.     

Product Specification

The water flow indicator products include ZSJZ(Type A) with a       delay circuit and ZSJZ(Type B) without a delay circuit. Each type comes with seven different specifications which are 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, and 200. The water flow indicator with a delay circuit has a default delay time of 4 seconds. It the client needs a different delay time, we can meet such the requirement. Five types of connection methods are available the users to select, including groove,screw thread, welding, flange and saddle.

Installation

1.The water flow indicator must be installed in the place where the length of both sides are no less than 5 times than the pipe diameter. Pay attention to that the direction of blade must be consistent with the direction of water flow.

2.Water flow indicator should be vertically installed with the pipe. If not vertically installed, please check the sensitivity of the flow indicator, to meet the requirement.

3. When the saddle-type flow indicator is mounted into the pipe, the sensor blade should be rolled into a cylindrical blade

4. Please connect flow indicator wiring according to wiring diagram.

5. After installation, flow indicator should be inspected once every six months.

Maintenance

1. Flow indicator should be fixed in a separate box to avoid compact with each other.

2. Package box should be enclosed with instruction book, qualification certification, and packing list.

3.Outside of the box should be clearly noticed with place direction and moisture proof logo.

4. In the process of transportation products, prevent rain and vibration. Avoid impact when loading.

5. Stored in the ventilated and dry place. Not to store with corrosive substance.
