Features:

1. This line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, tractor, cutter, turn-over stacker.

2. It has advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient operation and so on.

3. The ouput of the main main engine can reach 150kg to 450kg per hour.

4. The tractor is specially designed by our company and adopts the lifting technology.

5. The vacuum calibration tank adopts special cooling system to ensure the sizing effect.

6. The moving speed of the cutter and tractor are synchronous and the speed is controlled by PLC computer.

7. The cutter also adopts dust recycling device.

8. According to different moulds, calibration tank of 4m, 6m, 8m and 11m can be choosen.

9. The auxiliary machine adopts programmable controller or electric control system.
