General Information
The top of fire signal butterfly valve has a electric signal device for opening/closing the valve. When the valve is closed by 25% (1/4 of the full opening) is closed by mistake, the electric signal device will transmit the signal indicating closing by mistake to fire control center. Therefore, the butterfly valve is the best product to come with an automatic water spraying system.
Feature
Butterfly valve is often used in automatic water spraying pipe system. Rotate the hand wheel to control the water opening or closing of water supply pipeline. The signal can clearly indicates the opening angle. The system can monitor the status of valve opening and closing at any time.

Maintenance
1. Regularly check if the mechanical components of the valve and the signal output can work normally.
2. For the general medium, wash the valve with clean water. For harmful medium, know about its nature and take corresponding method to wash it.
3. Regularly check if there’s cracks, aging or corrosion marks. Decide whether to change a new one according to the test result.
4. Valve assembly should be put in the middle place. Add lubricating oil to the sliding part.
Transportation and Storage
1. Pay attention to keep the valve stable stable when transporting. No overturn, no collision with other hard objects.
2. During the long term storage, the whole set must be placed in the ventilated and dry environment ranging from 0℃~48℃.
