The line is used for extrusion of PPR, PEX, PE-RT pipes. PP-R pipe are non-toxic, heat-resistant. It can be easily welded by hot-melting method and it is recyclable. PEX pipes have excellent performance of high/low temperature-resistance, PE-PT pipe does not need the cross-link technics comparing with PEX pipes, but it is recyclable, processed easily and better stabilization of heat-resistance.

Features
1. The line is made by the advanced technic from Germany and designed as the high efficient extruder according to the production characteristics of PP-R, PP-B,PE-RT and PEX, and consists of high torque gear box, new type slotted barrel with the high output, low melting temperature and realize the low temperature plasticization indeed.
2. The line can produce the PP-R and PP-B pipe with high speed.
3. Its products have been reached the standard of GB/T-18742.2-2003 approved by China State Chemical Test Center. PE-RT and PEX pipe reached the standard of GB/T-18992.2-2003.
4. The production line consists of control system, extruder, die head, vacuum calibration unit and haul-off and cutting units, printer and stacker and pipe collector.
5. The die head adopt basket type or spiral type mould.
6. The static mix system is optional, which can make material layer pile up each other, which make the inner pressure uniformity.
7. Special vacuum calibration unit and spraying cooling bath; two section vacuum calibration unit, perfect water temperature, water level and flow rate control to guarantee the pipe quality.
8. After simply changing the section of line, equipped with different dies, screws and other accessories, it can also produce PE, ABS, PE-RT and PEX pipes and compound plastic pipe which is over two kinds of materials.
9. The top grade machine apply the PLC control system and color screen with high automatization.
