General Information
The sprinkle head is the most important part in automatic water spraying system, used to detect, control and extinguish the fire. It is a main part of the automatic water spraying system.
Working Principle
Glass ball with organic solution of high thermal expansion coefficient , is a kind of thermal sensitive element. At normal temperature, the glass ball can hold certain force to ensure the sealing nozzle. When the fire occurs, the temperature rises and the organic solution in the glass bulb will expand and give out internal pressure. When the pressure reaches certain degree, the glass ball will break and the sprinkler will open and spray water.
Widely used in: shopping malls, factories, hotels, warehouses and and can meet the protection requirements of different hazard levels. Suitable for the temperature ranging from 4℃to 70℃.

Feature
1.This series of glass bulb sprinkler head is consisted of copper alloy framework and glass ball, sealing, glass ball seat,fixed screw and splash box.

Installation
1. Used in the ceiling of the building. The company can provide a complete set of decorative plate or sprinkler protection cover.
2. When installation, if there’s leakage, change a new one. Not allowed to use drive pipe because the installation force may be too large to make the nozzle deformation and leakage.
3. If can’t ensure that the seal, please check the pipe thread. If it’s not qualified, please repair or replace, do not repair the connection thread on the nozzle.
