Rubber Tile Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press
1.Usage
Rubber tile press machine mainly used to vulcanize various kinds of rubber tiles, rubber mats etc. only need different molds.
2.Structure
Rubber tile press machine is column structure, including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet.
Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.
3. Materials of main component
3.1. hot plate : high quality Q235 steel board.
3.2. hydraulic cylinder: is made of cast steel of ZG35.
3.3. piston : is made of chilled cast iron, the hardness of surface is approx 60-70HS.
