Usage:
It is mainly used for plasticating , mixing and sheeting of plastic and rubber. And specially suitable for the sheeting of down-steam equipment of large-scale internal mixer unit, and warming, refining and feeding of the rubber materials required by three or four rolls calender.
Features:
1 The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface, The roll is bored or drilled to make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
2 Overload protection device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
3 the machine have emergency braking system . In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will be stopped immediately.
4 The machine can be equipped with manual adjustment or motorized gap adjusted device to easily adjust the roll spacing.
5 the rolls is adopted double row spherical roll bearings to suppor, it can be maintained easily and have long service life.
6.the transmission system adopts 4 stages cylindrical gearbox and full hard teeth surface, and frontand rear rolls are connected througth a pair of cross universal-joint couplings,which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
7.The bed-plate of the machine have split type base, it is easy to be installed.
8. the stock blender can be installed according to customer's requirement.
