The platform doesn’t rise ,Motor turns, no leakage of hydraulic oil

 

Air in the hydraulic oil

Non-load lifting to the apex ,need keeping some seconds then falling, stopped when falling to the middle, opened the oil connection to exhaust, then tighten.

Low temperature made the hydraulic oil thickened
