It can also help with headaches and migraines and is reputed to have aphrodisiac properties; 3.Efficacy on mind: Rose soothes and balances the mind. It has antidepressant properties and can help alleviate anxiety, stress, nervous tension and help people deal with emotional problems such as anger, grief, sadness, and loss. |

| Usage |
1.Massage:carrier oil 10 ~ 15 ml + 2 ~ 10 drops of essential oil,gently massage until fully absorbed. 5.Bthing:drip 8~10 drops of oil into the bathtub which is full of hot water and stir it evenly. And then bath in the tub for 15~20 minutes. After bath, clean the body with body shampoo. 6.Compress:3~6 drops of oil into the hot water and stir it evenly. Wet a towel with the water and wring it out. Compress the towel upon the right position of the body. |
