Specifications
Sludge scraper is used to remove the sludge in sedimentation pool and which cooperate with the bio treatment pool.
Sludge scraper produced by YULONG is used for large scale sedimentation pool to remove the mud and sludge automatically. According to different structure design, our sludge scraper series include full bridge type, half bridge type, central drive and peripheral drive type. In the system, there is a center outlet of the water and removed sludge. When the scraper rotate, the underwater spades group on the bottom of the pool will push the sediment mud forward and to the center outlet regularly. With the system rotating, the sludge will automatically move to the center outlet and be removed under control.
All the under water parts of YULONg sludge scraper are made from stainless steel, which could be used for more than 30years. Our electric driving motor is imported which has the longest service life in all kinds of working conditions. We have hundereds of engineering case with our sludge scraper till to today. For example for the 100000MT/day municipal sewage treatment plant in Qingdao China, etc.
