1. The Quality:
Please don’t worry about quality, we have a promise to our clients. Within 7 days (after you received the products), if any quality problems appearance(without man-made damage), we will replace the products and afford the freights.
2. The Price: Our price will not be the lowest one in the industry. We are in the middle place. Too much low price will affect the Li-poly battery and circuit board’s quality. Then the power bank will become dangerous, (we’ll never do that.) and too much high price including unreasonable profit.
3. The Payment: T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram are accepted
4. The Shipping: We recommend you to choose the air express first. Advantage: Door to Door service, easy to custom clearance. More efficiency and low-risk to break your products.
If you have a bulk purchase, we could also provide you the sea transportation.
5. The M.O.Q.: The MOQ is 10pcs.
6. The Sample: If any problems come out of the sample, not man-made damage, we will be responsible for it. (No matter this order is just a sample purchase or a bulk business, we’ll treat equally without discrimination. The product will be tested carefully to avoid any malfunction appeared.)

Yes, and sample fees could be refunded to you upon mass order.
2. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a power bank factory, supplying OEM/ODM service. We are always looking for work partner.
3. Can we put our logo on the products?
Yes, we can put your logo on the product if your order quantity for a specific model reached 200 pieces.
4. What if we want to customize the package?
MOQ for package customization is 3000 pieces.
If you order less, you can both make 3000 pieces package and keep the others in our warehouse for the next order,
or simply use logo sticker or add-on printing on our standard neutral box with little extra fee.
5. What is your lead time?
Generally 1-3 weeks depends on the order quantity and your specific requirements.
6. What is the shipment method?
Generally goods are shipped out by air or by International Express.
You can arrange your shipping agent to pick up goods directly or we ship via our agent with freight prepaid at a competitive rate.
7. How to make payment?
We accept T/T, HSBC,Alibaba Trade Assurance.Western Union.for bulk order (30% deposit while the 70% balance before the time of shipment).
PayPal is available as well for samples.
8. Do you have warranty on the products?
Yes, we offer 12 months limited warranty since the date of shipment.
