TW-RC Series Strong Crusher has wide usage scope. Its main function is to crush all soft of soft or hard plastic, crushing massive spherical or strip-like plastic into tiny bits to recycle. The reuse level of plastic is increased due to this process.

Q: What are the main criteria for choosing suitable crusher type? A: (1): the size to be crushed (length*width*height, this affects the size of the input of the crushing chamber) (2): the desired particle size from crushing (3): production rate requirement (e.g. how many kilos crushed per hour), because the size of the crushing chamber grows as the power of the motor increases. |

Q: The product to be crushed has the size of 300*150*15*3mm(diameter); the desired output particle size would be between 8~6mm; and I would require the production rate to be 200kg/hr, what types of your crusher would satisfy my specification? A: According to your specification, we recommend type TWRC-10: its motor power is 7.5kw, the input size of the crushing chamber is 360*250mm, equipped with 8mm mesh screens (with particle diameter < 7.3mm), and the production rate is 200~250 kg crushed per hour. This should be able to meet your requirement. |

Q: Is the mesh screens diameter can be customized? A: Yes. But we do not recommend mesh screens with diameter less than 5mm, since they easily block the mesh holes. |

Q: Your strong crusher’s mesh screens seem be thicker than other ordinary company’s products mesh screens, this indeed provides good durability yet how can you ensure the passing rate of the particles? A: Thank you for your insightful input. Indeed, thicker mesh screens plate is to deal with the impact for the particles during crushing, then how can we ensure that particles can smoothly make it through the mesh screens plate? We solved this by enlarging the hole size on the mesh screens plate. For example, a mesh screens plate with 10mm thick having 8mm diameter hole size on the front, we would enlarge every hole on the back to 9mm diameter with depth of 6mm from the back side. This ensures that particles can smoothly pass through the holes, in the mean time guarantees stronger durability. |

Q: How about the knives you use? how about their HRC? A: We only use SKD11 also known as SKDII for knives. Its HRC is 55~58, with stronger toughness and durability. |

Q: What are the main advantages of your product over other companies? A: (1) Our knife’s HRC is 7 units higher than ordinary products, which have significant performance increase in crushing, as well as well-balanced impact absorption and releasing. (2) Types over 15HP (11kw) are equipped with water-cooling facilities inside the chamber. (3) Types over 10HP 7.5w) are equipped with level pad, which greatly reduces vibration and balances the machine during operation. (4) The precision of the chamber size is within 0.13mm. This ensures minimum noise during operation(almost silent). Some customers even asked us to add operational indicator on the machine because it is too quite during operation. |

Q: What are the security precautions of your crusher? A: (1) For the strong crushers we have emergency operational switch on the left side of the input, when the input is open during operation, the power supply will be automatically cut off. (2) Electrical overloading switch, which will cut off the power when the current passes the motor threshold. |

Q: For strong crusher, is it possible for clients to have additional customized security precautions installed? A: Absolutely. We have a lot of experience with 3M security engineers in customizing and implementing security precautions. |

Q: How to ensure the knife’s effectiveness? A: (1) The sharpness of the knife (2) The distance between the motional knife and the fixed knife (it’s on the manual) |

Q: Is there anything to keep in mind for choosing power supply? A: (1) You can specify frequency of your AC supply (whether 50HZ or 60HZ) before purchase (2) Air switch exclusive (3) Lacking phase operation will cause immediate damage to the motor |

Q: What should be noted during crushing operation? A: (1) Do not turn on/off the machine when the crushing chamber is non-empty (2) The emergency operational switch must be replaced upon malfunction. (3) When the power is cut off, the knives will keep motional due to inertial, thus one must wait for a full stop before opening the machine. |

Q: Is it easy to replace the knives? What should be kept in mind during replacement? A: Machines made from our company is famous for easy maintenance and replacement. |
