Working Principle
Material should be put in from the Hopper . It then will be torn apart by the two rotors set in the cutting chamber. Shredded material will drop out under the machine frame. It can be collected in a discharging bin or shipped by conveyor belt for further procession.

The operating process of whole line
1)Put the tire on the tire wire drawing machine, press the start button, then can pull out the steel wire on wheel rim completely.
2)Put the tire without steel wire on the cutting machine, press the rubber pressure button, the rubber pressure frame will press the tire firmly, then start the cutting button to cut the tire. The length of the cut tire should less than 500mm.
3)Put the cut tire on the belt, then be transferred to the hopper of the shredder.
4)The torn material be transferred to the hopper of the rubber crusher by belt, at the same time press the start button of the rubber crusher, after the material go through the roller of the rubber crusher be milled to nonuniform rubber granule.
5)The broken powder will fall down on the pick up pan by the large oscillating screen’ regular exercise, then be taken to the magnetic separator’s hopper by the small conveyor belt, separate the steel wire from the rubber powder by magnetic separator, the rubber powder will be taken to the small oscillating screen by conveyor belt. After the small oscillating screen regular exercise to separate the rough and fine rubber powder, Fine rubber powder falling down on the below pick up material pan, and do the magnetic separation again through the conveyor belt to pure the rubber powder. The large material be screened by oscillating screen fall down on the large oscillating screen, turn to rubber crusher to crush again.
6)The rubber powder which finishing magnetic separation through screw conveyor be sent to the entrance for material of fiber separator, separate the fiber from the rubber powder.
