Function:
The rubber refining machine is mainly used for producing the reclaimed rubber.
Working principle:
After the rubber powder desulfurization, can be used to produce the reclaimed rubber.
Rubber Refiner is to change the rubber physical form, and remove hard impurities contained in the rubber to get more pure reclaimed rubber.
The rollers are both smooth and waist drum. During working, the machine can mix the rubber and then the impurities can be squeezed from the roller center to both ends. Impurities gathered at the edge of the roller, can use knife remove the impurities on the edge of roller.
Features:
Roll adopts the vanadium titanium alloy chilled cast iron, the surface is hard wear-resisting, inner cavity machining to keep the roll surface temperature uniformity.
The machine is equipped with an emergency brake, when emergency occur, pull the pull rod, the machine can immediately brake, safe and reliable.
Driving system consists of NGW hardened tooth surface reducer, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, long service life.
