The procedure of dyeing processing with in-grey fabric is as follow:
1st,Try progress
1,hand-loom sample, check weave design (7-8 days) if ok-----weave(25-30 days)-----ingrey inspection
2,make color lap dips, check and choose color in color assesment cabinet (3-6 days)
3,try first small lot, check dye progress
2nd,Procedure of dyeing processing(10-15 days)
In-grey flat set---singeing---ingrey clean---chemical processing----dyeing---leave water---open width---dry---singeing---heat setting---table inspection---steaming---finishing inspection (AATCC 4 points standard)and test go to 1,2,3,4
1,if fabric ok,send to finishing goods warehouse
2,hand feeling not good, send to heat setting procedure
3,color is not exact, if more than one level different, send to dyeing procedure, if less than 1 level different,send to heat setting procedure.
4,defects of weaving or dyeing and the roll cant be accept ,keep as stock in warehouse.
