Descriptions
Property: Kovar Alloy, Fe-Ni-Co Alloy Metal(Also know as ASTM F-15, NILO K, Pernifer 2918, Rodar, and Dilvar P1), the coefficient thermal expansion is similar to the property of Ceramic.
Thickness: 0.07mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm
Sealing : Seam sealing
Plating range : Electrolytic-Ni plating , Electroless Ni plating
Applicable Package size : 5050
Option : Sintering Process(800℃, 3Hr), Step LID
