All our dresses are made according to size you choose and color you want after you paid, so we can not refund you 48 hours after your purchase under any circumstances. Please confirm your order before your payment to assure that you will get the one as you likeAfter you received your dress, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund, otherwise, we can not arrange return and refund to the customers. If you have such problems, please kindly contact us without hesitate. Also we can not refund you if there is any special changes you required on the dress.
Sizing or Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored ,the finished gown may vary by approximately 1-2.5 centimeter.To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly ,our tailors have created all our dresses with addition fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily .if you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions , you can contact us directly .
Color Mismatch
Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% similar as the above color chart. And also different fabrics will show different color degree on the same color. So we will not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us.
