1) Can we do printing on the bottles and jars?
Yes! We offer various kinds of printing method: Screen Printing, Frosting,
Hot-stamping, Water transfer Print and etc.
2) Can we get your samples?
Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The Delivery Fee
will be on buyer’s account.
3) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes! But all individual item should meet the MOQ
4) What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 20-25 workdays after we receive your payment. Artwork is not included
B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 50-60 workdays after receive your payment. Artwork is not included
5) What is your payment term?
A. T/T, L/C, CAD D/P
B. For bulk production: 40% pay in advance, 60% pay before shipping
6) What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.
By sea, by air or by express, etc.
7) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk
production.
Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking
pictures after packing.
8) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If a
ny breakage or defect products were found, you MUST take the pictures from
the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after
discharging the container. This date is subject the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party,or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the container is not included. finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
( < 2% breakage for the glass is in tolerance)
