Application of hammer crusher:

Operating principle of Hammer Crusher:
The motor drives the rotor rotate the hammer crusher with high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are a series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size. This machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section, change the particle size, to meet the different needs of different users.

Operation and maintenance:

1. The frame and the liner should be checked priorly to tightening the availability of loose bolts and other bolts, whether they are good for running or not, check and remove the material if there are some material in the crusher machine.

2. While power on, attention should be paid enough to check and make sure the material is evenly feeding, no excess, the particle size is not ultra-light, any problems should be solved in time. Avoid iron and other materials can not be crushed feeding into the crusher. It brings serious damage to crushers if feeding large blocks iron or other materials can not be crushed. Try to installate the iron removal conveyor device. If notice there is a strong crash during running, power off first and then check it. It is likely to have piece of metal fall to clear before turning on.

3. Hammerhead is the most easy wear parts, it can be reuse by changing the other side. When replacing hammer should be weighed individually. According to the weight of hammers to form a single group and each group has the same weight. The weight difference of the hammerhead and the axis pin should be less in 0.05KG to ensure the smooth operation of the rotor. When overhaul, hammers should be packed to do the whole rotor balancing test which makes the extension of life and safety play an active role in running. While replace the hammers, pay attention to whether there exists crack and trachoma on the hammer, unqualified hammers can not be use.
