Semi Automatic Powder and Granule Filling & Packing Machine
Introduction:
This semi-automatic filling and packing machine can automatically finish metering, bag holding, filling, bag turning, etc. As it is designed according to national GMP standard, it is suitable for packing powder materials with good or poor flowability, such as milk powder, feed, rice flour, sugar, coffee, monosodium glutamate, powdered drinks, glucose, rice flour, solid medicines, pesticide, powder additives, dyes, etc.
Features:
1. Except motor, cylinder, electrical appliance accessories and pneumatic components, the overall machine is made of stainless steel, and especially suitable for packing products requiring CMP certification, food health certification and corrosive chemical product resistance.
2. Direct weighing of valve bags and automatic bag feeding after metering.
3. Double-speed spiral feeding, double-layer spiral tube for dust collection and recycle, centralized dust collection, free of dust pollution in workshop.
4. Optional vibration hopper for viscous materials, difficult for bridging.
5. Double weight sensors, stable, eliminating resonance, higher in sensitivity.
6. Rotary electrical cabinet design makes the equipment have the same front side and lateral side.
7. Bag conveying belt makes higher automation.
8. Calibration procedure (with weights): Able to calibrate conveniently at any time, especially suitable for long-time unused weight drift.
9. Convenient for removing residual materials: Spiral, able to inserted or withdraw directly for cleaning.
