How solar water heater system works
1. Solar water heater system of all glass evacuated tube collector integrated with storage tank, are ideal for use in houses and other applications where cheap, reliable hot water supply is required. They are simple, economic and practical.
2. As the specific gravities of hot water and cold water are different, cold water goes downward and hot water goes upward.
3. When cold water in evacuated tubes is heated, it becomes lighter and goes to the water tank, while cold water in the tank goes down to the evacuated tubes
4. Through this circulation, the cold water in the water tank will be gradually heated.
Specification of the Pressurized solar water heater
Tank:
1.Inner tank:0.31mmt thickness white colored steel ,diameter 460mm.
2.Out tank:0.4mm thickness stainless steel 304 food grade diameter 360mm.
3.Tank cover:0.4mm thickness Galvanized steel.
4.Welding of the tank:High frequency welding and argon arc welding.
5.Inlet and out let:1/2 inch.
6.Tank insulation layer:50mmhigh-density polyurethane foam.

1:glass material:high borosilicate 3.3glass
2:external pipe diameter and thickness: Φ58mm1.6mm thickness
3:internal pipe diameter and thickness: Φ47mm 1.6mm thickness

5:structure: (selective absorptive coating)/AL-N/AL,cu,stainless steel
6:hail resistance:≤25 mm
Frame/Structure
Material of the structure:Galvanized steel1.3mm thickness.
Cover of the coating: green.(can be painted as you like)
