Gravure Printing Flexible Laminated Tea Bag
1). Dimensions: 200mm width+30mm side gusset * 400mm length , 80 microns single side.
2). Material: the gravure printing flexible laminated tea bag is made of three layers laminated material BOPT(Matt BOPP)/VMPET/PE. The material of the bag is food grade which is eco-friendly and environmental protection, can be recycled and degraded.
3). Printing: your logo and multi-colors printing is available, up to 9 colors by full auto computer intaglio rotogravure printing machine.
4). Characteristics: fin/lap(center/back) heat seal with side gusset pouch with a handle hole at the top, easy to carry when shopping. Besides, there is a clear window in the front side of the bag, we used the chemical solvent to wash out the suface aluminum on the bag with a clear window, so that you can can see food inside through it easily, made by food grade laminated material, sanitary and health, durable to use, high barrier and strength seal property, moisture proof and air proof, high puncture resistant, could put in freezer for store. It is widely use for packing frozen food/dried fruit/pet food/cooked food/tea, etc.
5). Minimum order quantity: the gravure printing flexible laminated tea bag, usually 30000pcs at least, the more quantity you order, the cheaper price you will get, besides, the samples for the mass production are free.
1). Packaging: usually we use plastic strip/outer bag/carton/wrapping film/plastic pallet or as your actual requirements.
2). Shipping: by sea or air or express, depends on your goods' quantity and your actual requirements.
3). Lead time: usually 15-20 days, the actual time depends on your order's quantity and our production schedule.
4). Payment Terms:
A. T/T: 30% advance payment, 70% balance payment before shipment.
