1. What differences between round led rope light and flat rope light ?
In general ,round led rope light just have 2-wires, single color. Flat led rope light with 3-wires ,4-wires and 5-wires, have single color and RGB. Round led rope light good for outdoor ,while flat rope light better for indoor use, easier to install.
2. What length of LED rope light you supply? Real Green offer LED rope light three different length :
Regular Size: 50M/100M
Pre-package kits at specified lengths
Custom-cut to your specified length.
3. Could i customized the packing ? Can I use my own packing?
Yes, we offer the customization service. You could have your design with your logo.
4. What will you do if there are any problem founded in use?
You will get a replacement for free within warranty and just need to pay the cost price if it is beyond the warranty period.
