Application
HGY5313TFC synchronous chip sealer is researched and developed independently and earns proprietary intellectual property rights. Strong agitator is installed in the asphalt tank to prevent asphalt rubber from precipitation and segregation. It realizes mechanical, electric and hydraulic system in one system, which simplifies the operating process. The technologies applied in this equipment have achieved world advanced level.

Advantages
- It is no need of lifting the hopper to spread aggregates. It is appropriate to construction in culverts, under bridges and at the curves.
- This equipment applies special PLC of high automation level to calculate and control asphalt spray amount precisely and stably.
- Double spiral distributor drives the aggregates to 3800mm wide lower hopper. In this process, the aggregates drop by gravity and friction against roller without going through the distributor plate, which guarantees uniform spreading.
- It reduces labor intensity, saves human labors, reduces construction costs and improves working efficiency and quality.
- It realizes stable performance and uniform spray. Asphalt and aggregates spreading width can be regulated freely.
- Sound insulation layer of anti-corrosion and durability keeps insulation index no more than 20oC per 8 hours.
- It can spray all kinds of asphalt and spread aggregates of sizes from 3mm to 25mm.
- Precise processing nozzles are applied to keep uniform and reliable spray effect.
- Humanized design realizes both remote control and on-site operation, which makes operation convenient.
- Perfect combination of electric control system and hydraulic pressure-constant system realizes spray beginning as soon as the truck starting.
- HD camera behind the machine could make the driver operate the machine in cabin.
- Asphalt can be heated during driving, which saves time in construction.
- Spreader and feed gate are all automatically controlled
