Fiber Chip Seal Machine Advantages:
1, Asphalt, fiber and aggregate could be applied synchronously in one machine.
2, It can spread aggregate without lifting the hopper, which is convenient to the constructions in culverts, under bridges and at the curves.
3, It is completely controlled by electrical system of high-level automation. The spreader’s expansion and spray bar width can be flexibly controlled automatically. It can accurately calculate the asphalt spray volume in construction.
4, Double-screw charger conveys aggregates to the discharging unit of 3800mm wide, then aggregates fall down by roller friction and self gravity over distribution plate to keep uniform spreading effects.
5, It reduces the work intensity of construction, saves labor power, decreases the construction costs and improves working efficiency and quality.
6, The whole machine runs stably and makes uniform spray and spreading. It can flexibly regulate asphalt spray width, fiber spray width and aggregates spreading width.
7, Sound and durable corrosion-resistant insulation layer keeps heat preservation index no more than 20oC/8h.
8, It can spray various kinds of asphalt and spread aggregates of sizes from 3mm to 25mm.
9, Spray bar is foldable, and it clearance to ground is able to be regulated; fiber spray unit is able to swing horizontally.
10, Precisely processed nozzles ensure spray uniformity of each nozzle and the spray effects.
