Application
HGY5312TFC intelligent fiber slurry paver, improved is mainly applied to treat the pavement diseases like friction resistance reduction, cracks and ruts for improving its performances of antislide and waterproofing, evenness and travelling comfort. This equipment can be widely used in construction of slurry seal, modified slurry seal, micro surfacing and fiber micro-surfacing.
This equipment is a new type of independent patented product for road maintenance at international advanced level on the basis of foreign advanced technologies. This product is tested and optimized in constructions for many years, which is the ideal machinery for slurry seal, micro-surfacing and fiber micro surfacing constructions.

- Large power engine is applied to pave breaking modified asphalt of high viscosity.
- New hopper structure and stilling cone layout could convey the aggregate smoothly.
- New chain belt conveyor avoids skidding to make the aggregates conveying smoothly and accurately.
- New mixer is driven by double motors with strong power. Front bearing is removed to make the structure more practical.
- HOWO MAN T7H deluxe chassis with 2-speed gearbox could meet the demands of both transportation at high speed and construction at low speed. The truck speed could be controlled by the operator in construction.
- PLC is replaced by industrial controller. The new controller can drive the hydraulic proportional valve directly and detect the faults by itself to decrease the system faults and improve its stability.
- This equipment applies centralized control to the whole machine, with complete function of display and alarm, humanized design and easy operation.
- Large storage hopper of 12m3 is equipped to improve working efficiency.
- The maximum mixing volume of 3.5t/min fits for different width, depth and technologies of construction.
- Fiber feeding unit of optimized design regulates fiber feeding amount accurately and uniformly, easy in operation.
- Key parts are all famous international brands so as to guarantee reliability and stability.
