4 Color 1 Station Rotary Vacuum Screen Printer Machine
It is a new original with inspiratory function and can accurate print four colors according to the customer and market needs.
In the current market single color printing don't meet customers' needs such as paper,plastic,canvas,PVC film,signs and so on.Mostly we finish printing by muti colors not only one time.
The equipment can placed four color plates for Independent rotating and complete a overprint one time.This method can not only save printing degree 70%, but also can improve the work efficiency.
The equipment we designed keeps the traditional functions that own inhale hand platform of attraction,left and right micro-ajust to plate,lifting up and down to net frame chuck,also own the following special features:
1.The net frame arm of the equipment with standard bearings fixed can guarantee the accuracy in the overprinting and use process.
2.The equipment can solve the problem that printing surface is out of flatness.And it can not only print paperboards,stickers,plastics,circuit boards,but also meet any sizes things such as Paper bags,plastic bags,etc.
3.Applicable widely. It can be used to need inhale printing plate by inspiratory positioning printing products, can also be used no need inhale products, such as cloth, leather, glass, non-woven fabric, etc, are done print products multi-usage.
4.The equipped high intensity PVC board is waterproofing, cutting and friction resisting, non-deforming,which guarantee a long lifespan.
5.Its holes on the printing bedplate is 1.2mm (normally 1.5mm) in diameter, 2cm in separation distance, which guarantees more even inhaling and also improve the printing quality.
6.There are longitudinal and transverse scale on bedplate, which helps place substrates on the right location.
7.Their air pumps are separated from the main printing equipment, so they can be placed freely, which avoid unsatisfactory printing effects caused by pump shaking.
8.The air pump is equipped with a 2 meters admission pipe (connecting bedplate and air pump) and a 2 meters freeing pipe (connecting pump to outdoor).Users can adjust the distance between the air pump and the screen printing machine according to the working environment.Putting the end of the freeing pipe to the outdoor can reduce dust affection and air flowing to the substrates caused by air exhausting in the indoor environment.
9.Special design of spring devices in screen adjusting up and down makes it easy for the user operations according to the sizes and weight of the screens, which guarantees proper spring intensity to avoid squeegees expelling and inks splashing in higher intensity and screen unfixing because of higher weight of screen frames and squeegees in loose intensity.
10.Inspiratory printing plate specially designed guarantee the printing quality and the equipment completely stable after installation.
11.The equipment adopts electrostatic spraying and plating processing, durable, easy to clean, not rust.
12.Composite structure. It can be dismantled and packaged into 2 cartons, with total volume of only 0.24 cubic meters and each carton weight of basically within 30kg; so it can be easily carried and moved for an adult and even in a sallon car; Besides,we have supplied video instruciton for easy installations. Its convenient transportation and easy installation needn't speical transportation and handling tools, which will save much shipping cost; That's also an unique and unparalleled feature during the similar machines of accurate color registers.
13.This equipment is designed and manufactured by our company, various accessories are complete, in addition to fan is guaranteed for one year, the rest parts of equipment are guaranteed of repairing for three years.
