With the cross roller bearing,cylindrical rollers are arranged crosswise,with each roller perpendicular to the adjacent roller,in a 90V groove ,separated each other by spacer retainer,this design allows just one bearing to receive loads from all directions including radial,axial and momnet loads.since the Cross-roller Ring achieves high regidity despite the minimum dimensions of the innner and outer ring ,so it is optimal for applications such as joints and swiveling units of industrial robots,swiveling tables of maching centers,rotary units of manipulators,precision rotary tables,medical equipment,medical equipments,measuring instruments and IC manufacturing machines.
High rotation accuracy
The spacer retainer which vertical arranged between the rollers prevent the rollers from tilting and friction.Besides,compare with the conventional steel cage ,this structure can avoide the r oller edge stress concentrated or locked ,at the same time ,this kind bearing roller clearance can be adjusted even if preloaded , it can rotate smoothly in high speed .
