MM2180 Inside grinding machine
Features:
* This machine is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical hole.
* The spindle of the machine adopts hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing with high accuracy, good rigidity and long working life.
* The work table is driven by hydraulic or manual way. It can realize variable speed of grinding and dressing feed.
* The wheel can realize micro automatic feed or manual feed. Its dressing can be realized by the hydraulic handle.
* The wheel head cross movement of GP2120 can be driven by manual or hydraulic way. The feed driving system is composed by two feed driving chains. One is for grindling feed, the other is for adjusting and dressing feed. And they don't interfere each other. In the grinding process, the user neither need to make the hand wheel advance or retreat frequently nor remember the position of the dial. It makes the operation easy and convenient.
* The work head spindle, wheel spindle, hydraulic pump, coolant pump, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic oil pump are driven by the separate motors.
* The machine is suitable for processing single work piece in small amount with high accuracy. And this process is easy and convenient to handle.

The wheel spindle adopts the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing with high accuracy, wide speed range and long work life.
