Product Description for M7450 vertical spindle surface grinder machine
The series of this machine tools have been improved greatly in rigidity of the bed and grinder head.The three-point adjustment has been adopted and ills mechanism is compact.The bench is a round,strong electro-magnetic chuck,the magnetic force of which is smooth and discharging of the magnetic force is through the controlled silicon.it has also the characteristic of coolent purifying equipment.
This series of machine is mainly used to grind blank and general precision large parts of the surface roughness than 0.8,parallel degree within 0.02/1000 mm.
Therefore,especially suitable for the grinding of the industries of metallurgy, saw blades ,automobiles,tractors, tools, bearings and other large components.
