Equipment introduction:
These series are mainly used to produce one-way stretch PE film (stretch film, wrapping film. The production of the film has viscosity on one side or both sides which can be widely used in packaging of building materials, hardware accessories, etc. The screw and its canister are made of 38 Al-Cr-Mo alloy and nitrogen processed. They are of high hardness, strong erosion resistance and endurance. Advanced automatic control system for temperature control, T type die adopts multi-point adjustment, so that ensures a more uniform thickness of membrane material. Recycled water cooling device supplies good cooling effect. Rolling device adopts the friction-type winding, and equipped with edge-cutting devices and remaining recycle device makes the film rolled more neatly
