Reducer applicable scope is as follows:
1, high speed rotation is not more than 1500 r/min.
2, gear circumferential velocity is not more than 20 m/s.
3, working environment temperature for - 40-45 ℃, if lower than 0 ℃, before the start of lubricating oil should be preheated to 0 ℃ above, the speed reducer can be used in positive and negative two directions.
The characteristics
1. Gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel after carburizing and quenching, tooth surface hardness is HRC58-62, gear adopts CNC gear grinding technology, high precision, good contact.
2. High transmission rate, single stage is greater than 96.5%, double level greater than 93%, level 3 is greater than 90%.
