Introduction:
Ball screw is made of screw,nut and ball.Its function is to turn the rotary motion into linear motion,or turn the linear motion into rotary motion.Because of the rolling motion,it has a better transmission efficiency which compare with sliding screw.Linear transmission efficiency can even reach 90%.By polishing of precision machinery,precision grinding screw can have a very high precision,feed rate can reached micron level.It is Widely used in CNC machine tools,automation equipment, measuring instruments,printing and packaging machinery, textile machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, glass machinery and other needs precise positioning path.
Advantage:
1.High Transmission Efficiency
The efficiency of ball screw can up to 90% to 98%,2 to 4 times compare with sliding screw,can be efficiently converted torque into thrust,or thrust into torque.
2.High Driving Sensitivity
Point contact rolling friction,small friction,high sensitivity,and no vibrate at starting,low speed without crawling,can control μ-level micro feed.
3.High Positioning Accuracy
Temperature is small during transmission process,can eliminate axial clearance and preload primary elastic deformation,can be pre-stretched to compensate screw thermal elongation,so get high positioning accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy.
4.High Accuracy Holding
Hardness of ball and raceway reach HRC58~63,exact shape of the raceway,minimal wear of rolling friction,with high accuracy holding,reliability and service life.
5.High Transmission Stiffness
Both inside and outside the raceway corner double eccentric circular surface, a very small gap in the raceway can be flexible when driving. Plus some preload when needed can eliminate axial clearance and primary elastic deformation in order to obtain good rigidity (in this case the life of a decrease).
6.Good Synchronization Performance
With good features of high accuracy of lead, high sensitivity,some sets of ball screws can get good synchronization performance in the occasion when need synchronize the transmission.
