Product Description

  

1.General

 

JCL-39 Marine centrifugal blower (simply the fans) are capable of blowing air, such as ocean air containing salt vapor and corrosive air containing a small quantity of oil vapor. They are suitable for cabin air ventilation and exchange on oceangoing vessels. They are also applicable in other places that suit.

JCL-39 Marine centrifugal blower is designed and manufactured according to the standard of GB11864-1990  Marine or Navy Centrifugal Fans  and The manufacture Rules of Sea-going Steel Ships which approved by the Register of the People's Republic of China.

 

2.Features

JCL-39 Marine centrifugal blower

Small in size and light in weight.Low noise and low vibration.Good anti-corrosiveness.Good air tightness.

 Small starting torque.Strong performance of resisting swing, vibration and shock

 

3.Structure Type

 

JCL-39 Marine centrifugal blower is designed and manufactured into a horizontal structure type or a vertical one, which the vane wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft extension.

  JCL-39 Marine centrifugal blower vane wheel, being riveting structure is made of aluminum alloy and carefully balanced by static and dynamic ways.

Both the casing and the inlet are made of welded common steel with airtight structure
