Packaging
One pcs/bubble bag and standard white box;
Our lithium ion batteries can be packed in PVC shrink / PVC sleeve / PET sleeve / Blister card, then put into box/ cartons/ pallets. Suitable container shipment. And we can also pack the lihtium ion batteries with wire and connector as per customer's request.
Shipping
1.) Samples are always available and normally take 3-5 working days ready to ship. Mass goods usually get ready to
ship in 15 working days after deposit received or as per order quantity.
2.) We can offer varies shipping ways, including via express such as DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS(door to door), airlines
as well as by sea based on customer requirements.
3.) The shipping discounts is different in different seasons and depends different weight or volume, we will choose the favourable and safest way according your detail quantity.
4.) Shipping Ports: Default port Shenzhen Port, China.
Replacement Policy
1.) We guarantee one year warranty of our battery products.
2.) In case of any product defective, please notify us within 3 working days after receiving goods.
3.) Any items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for replacement.
4.) The buyer is responsible for related shipping cost replacement incurred.

Quality Control
a) Cells: A grade cells to make sure batteries in high and full capacity;
b) Protection: Dual IC chips that can anti-short circuit, anti-over charge, anti-over current, anti-overload;
c) Compose Type: Injection technology to make battery more stable;
d) From the raw material to the finished battery, we have 20 QC station including up to 55 QC check points.
All the semi-product can only be transferred the next step when the quality is confirmed. And every shipment
has to be QA inspected OK before it flows out of our factory.
Q1: Can I have some samples for testing quality?
A1: Yes, you can buy some samples of any our products for testing quality and market.
Q2: How should I pay?
A2: You can pay via T/T,L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, Cash etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as order confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.
Q3: What is your package looks like? Can I have the customized package?
A3: We have factory's current standard package, customized print logo shall be complied to buyer's requirements, and the extra charges will be borne by the buyers, for more details, please contact us.
