1. Carbon additive as raw materials through high temperature calcined at over

 2000 by the DC electric calciner with results in eliminating the moisture and 

volatile matter from anthracite efficiently, improving the density and the 

electric conductivity and strengthening the mechanical strength and anti-

oxidation.

 

 

 2.Low impurities.and High carbon absorptivity .The natural flake graphite is

 lubricative, it can be quickly dissolved in the liquid steel , and more than 96%

 of the carbon can be absorbed. It can save the smelting cost.

 

 

 

 

 3.Calcined Petroleum Coke comes from delayed coke which extracted from 

oil refinery. 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Application:

 

 1.Carbon additive was usually used for steel-smelting, casting and friction 

material. 

 

 

2.Carbon additive is mainly used in steelmaking in electrical furnace,screening

 water,shipbuilding sand blast to remove rust. It can reduce the cost of 

steelmaking effectively by replacing the traditional petroleum coke of 

carburant. 

 

3.It can improve the density and the electric conductivity and strengthening 

 

the mechanical strength and anti-oxidation.

 

 

 4.Carbon additive is also can improve the Carbon content in steel-melting and ductile iron foundry.
