Description:
1.Increase Silicon and Carbon; each bath 450kg silicon carbide,can reduce 100kg Ferro silicon,
70kg recarburizer.
2.Raising Temperature:Based on large numbers of experiments,Silicon carbide is an efficient
auxiliary material for steelmaking,can efficiently raise the temperature,add 0.8kg Silicon Carbide , the temperature raise 40.3-70.3℃(average 48.4℃).
3.Reduce the Inoculant addition for casting part:Used Silicon Carbide to preprocess the molten
iron,can cut the Inoculant addition by 10% ,Reduce white cast tendency for ductile iron casting.
Application:
1 .Black Silicon Carbide is suitable to grinding and cutting cast iron nonferrous metal, leather ,
rubber wood ,plastic etc.
2.It also can be made top grade refractories material It is mainly used to made sandpaper, abrasive belt, Whetstone, grinding blocks, grinding head, grinding paste and photovoltaic products.
3.It is mainly used as deoxidizer in steelmaking process,both used as the main raw material of
the silicon resin industry.
