ure resistant materials in smelting.

2. It can also be used as abrasive materials,which can be used to make

 abrasive tools,such as grinding wheels, oilstones, grinding head and so on.

3. the silicon carbide with low SIC content around 85%, is always used in the metallurgy industry, as one deoxidize material .

4.because of its chemical stability and high refractory tempreture, it is used in the refractory industry.
