Company Overview
Jiangmen Xinhe Stainless Steel Product Co.,Ltd. of China was officially incorporated in 1990, since the very beginning of business start-up, we have been in kitchen sink industry but dedicated ourselves to product design, technique R&D, workmanship improvement as well as up-to-date facilities application, all of which ensure us offering professional services to our customers. We now expand our product lines to all kinds of stainless steel deep drawn and sheet fabrication products, including household kitchen sink, bathroom sink, laundry sink, catering kitchenware, public & commercial sanitaryware etc.
Manufacturing Excellence
Xinhe is consist of several functional work shops, total coverage is up to 38,000 square meters. We are rightly proud of our capabilities of laser sheet cutting, folding, pressing, molding, fabrication and installation facilities as well as hundreds of experienced team members who operate them. We own tens of CNC deep drawn machines that working pressure is up to 1300 tons. From raw material cutting, pressing, forming, fabricating to welding and polishing, each production process is operated by CNC machines and under the in-house QC processes being set up for OEM projects of world well-known brands, such as HOUZER & AmeriSink, Oliveri, Elcee and c-tech-i, both of which in order to precision engineering and consistency of product quality.
Research & Development
We independently set up R&D department and tooling work shop, which is respectively made of 5 professional engineers and 20 qualified mechanics. We owning over 1000 sets of tooling, by modifying our current tooling, we are able to offer more time and cost saving new products to our customers. Annually, we at least develop 60 new products for different markets. Prior to releasing a product to the market, our designers, engineers and mechanics conduct many hours of development, analysis and testing to ensure that stringent international standards have been met.
Sales & Marketing
We have a team of sales staffs who have been working on this industry for more than 10 years, they have know-how of many related product categories, by the 15 years of export experience to the North America, Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia, who are able to offer one-stop purchasing solution, outsourcing and consolidation service to our customers. We, at least, take part in 4 different trade shows annually, enabling us to meet and communicate with our customers more closely and conveniently and to solve the problems more efficiently.
