Description : |
Silicon Barium Alloy mainly used in the deoxidization and steelmaking. And it can also be used as additives in the producing of ferrous alloy. Low barium alloy is mainly used as the inoculant of gray casting iron, ductile casting iron and vermicular casting iron. The Silicon Barium Alloy is drawled from the high temperature and gets its form in secondary thin pouring. The Ba, Ca etc. chemical elements is stable in it. |
Usage: |
(1) Si-Ba alloy containing 10%-35% of Ba has high efficiency, strong ability of dephosphorization and better than CaSi alloy.
(2) After adding Si-Ba alloy, the essence and distribution characteristics of non-metallic inclusions will have important changes.
(3) Adding right amount of Si-Ba alloy into the steel can improve plasticity and toughness in the high and low temperature. FeSiBa can most effectively improve winter hardiness of the steel. |
